1. Overview & Agreement
This website is operated by Cart for Business (StandCarts Inc.). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Cart for Business. By accessing our site or purchasing physical cart equipment from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Products, Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in USD ($) and are subject to verification upon checkout. Payments are securely processed through Stripe with full 256-bit SSL encryption. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and authorized installment methods (Klarna/Affirm where available).
3. Freight Delivery & Inspection
Physical commercial carts are transported in heavy-duty ISPM-15 heat-treated wooden crates via insured freight carriers. Delivery includes lift-gate service. We provide 100% Safe Crate Delivery Protection: in the event of transit damage, notify our team with photographs within 48 hours for immediate replacement or repair resolution.
4. Returns and Exchanges
Please note that we currently do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our commercial carts. All sales are final. We appreciate your understanding and support. For full details, see our Return Policy.
5. Commercial Craftsmanship
Every commercial cart is individually handcrafted to order by skilled artisans using premium commercial-grade materials, weather-resistant finishes, and heavy-duty structural framing designed for professional mobile business operations.
