Yes. Every cart is handcrafted and delivered fully assembled — no building or construction required. Unpack it, roll it out, and you're ready to trade.
Each cart is built to order. Our typical dispatch window is 5–7 business days from order confirmation, after which your unit is crated and handed to the freight carrier.
Carts ship via dedicated LTL freight carriers with hydraulic liftgate service, fully insured against loss and transit damage. Freight is included at no extra cost, delivered to your commercial address or residential curbside.
Absolutely. Using our Build-a-Cart tool you can adjust dimensions, choose materials and finishes, select a color, and add features to match your brand and how you plan to operate.
Each unit is handcrafted from solid, commercial-grade materials, then bolted and cushioned inside a custom ISPM-15 heat-treated wooden crate and steel-banded for maximum protection in transit.
Every shipment is fully insured. If freight damage occurs, photograph the unit within 24 hours of delivery and email us. We resolve claims in order — first replacement parts, then a full unit swap, with a refund where repair or replacement isn't possible. Damage-related freight is on us.
Because each cart is handcrafted and built to order, all sales are final and we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Refunds and replacements are limited to transit damage or manufacturing defects reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Our designs follow standard NSF and commercial health department requirements used across North America and Europe. Since regulations vary by city and state, we recommend confirming the specifications with your local health inspector before purchase.
