Shipping Policy
We take great pride in ensuring that our premium carts reach you in perfect condition. Our shipping processes are tailored to the type of product you purchase.
Ready-Made Carts
Professional ready-made units are shipped via specialized freight carriers. Due to their size and weight, these units are crated and secured to prevent damage during transit. Standard delivery time is 7-14 business days within the continental US.
DIY Digital Plans
All DIY plans and blueprints are delivered instantly via email upon completion of your purchase. You will receive a secure download link that remains active for 30 days.
International Orders
We ship our ready-made carts globally. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Digital plans are available for purchase from any country without additional fees.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please be aware of our specific policies for different product categories.
Digital Products (DIY Plans)
Due to the immediate access and digital nature of our DIY plans and blueprints, we generally do not offer refunds once the files have been downloaded. If you encounter any issues with the files, please contact our support team.
Ready-Made Units
Return requests for physical carts must be initiated within 15 days of delivery. Units must be unused and in their original crating/packaging. A restocking fee may apply, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect.
Damaged Goods
In the rare event that your physical cart arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us within 48 hours. We will work quickly with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or repair as necessary.
