Information
Every cart is handcrafted, custom-crated, and delivered with full transit insurance — directly to your door.
Free Freight Delivery
All commercial carts ship via dedicated LTL freight carriers with hydraulic liftgate service — included at no extra cost. The $500 freight value is fully covered on every order.
Delivery to commercial address or residential curbside. Liftgate lowers the crate directly to street level.
Packaging & Crating
Each unit is bolted and cushioned inside a custom ISPM-15 heat-treated wooden crate, steel-banded for absolute protection during transit. Carts arrive fully assembled — no build required.
Dispatch window: 5–7 business days from order confirmation.
Transit Insurance
Every shipment is fully insured against loss or freight damage. If damage occurs, photograph the unit within 24 hours of delivery and email us. We resolve claims in order: first by dispatching replacement parts, then by arranging a full unit swap, with a refund offered where a repair or replacement is not possible.
Returns
Every cart is handcrafted and built to order, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Refunds and replacements are limited to transit damage or manufacturing defects. See our full policy in the Refund Policy.
Report any transit damage within 24 hours of delivery with photographs.
